Project Void was an internal project that Ballistic Pork ran together with Arctic Game and students from Novia UAS as part of the Borderless Game initiative.
The creative goal with Project Void was to create a short cinematic trailer while exploring features and methods such as digital actors, procedural tools creation in Houdini and the crafting of environments in Unreal Engine 5. Acting for the motion capture was achieved together with performing arts students from Novia, and all sound and music was composed by Novia music students.
Gridlockers is a concept that we created for an action laced extraction shooter, culminating in the trailer shown below. Created over three months in the summer of 2023.
Gridlockers tasks you with protecting the Overgrid from mutated fauna, and explore the treacherous remnants of the old earth below for upgrades and treasure.
